As Spring Festival nears, Shanghai's Jinshan district introduces the "Celebrate Chinese New Year in Jinshan Ancient Town" series, featuring cultural and tourism activities for the festive season.

Centered around key regions such as Fengjing, Zhujing, and Jinshanzui Fishing Village, and incorporating the distinctive traits of each town and village, Jinshan strives to cultivate a rich atmosphere for Spring Festival, which was inscribed on the UNESCO's Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity last month.

During the 2025 Spring Festival, Jinshan will unveil 36 key cultural and tourism activities along with 6 tourist routes上海花千坊. For instance, in Fengjing ancient town, visitors can enjoy viewing New Year lanterns, traditional performances, and exploring the bustling New Year market.
